How do I care for my beaded earrings?
With proper care your beaded jewelry will last years. These simple steps will improve the lifetime of your items:
Hang earrings or lay them flat. The thread has memory and will best retain shape if they are stored as you’d like them to hang. You can gently massage the fringe to correct them.
Avoid getting them wet as water will shrink the thread.
Do not store in direct sunlight.
Do you issue refunds or accept returns?
As a small business I do not issue refunds or accept returns unless a product is defective. Please read product descriptions and double check your cart before checkout to ensure you are purchasing the correct item(s).
Do you accept custom orders/remakes?
I will infrequently post when I am accepting orders for specific designs. These updates will be posted on social media.
Do you accept special design requests?
I will occasionally accept requests to design something specifically for you. I do not take custom requests of old designs at the moment but enjoy drafting up new designs. If you have something in mind, message me with some specifics including length, colors, or a theme.
Can I recreate your designs?
The answer will often be no. I do sell select designs that are not as close to my personal style, such as holiday designs. You can find these on my site.
My work and designs are personal to me and reflect hours upon hours of trial and error. I’d like to thank you for respecting this boundary.
What do I do if my item is lost in transit or stolen?
I am not responsible for any carrier losing your package or for a stolen package.
I do not provide refunds for missing or stolen items. Please be sure to provide a secure mailing address. If your package is lost or stolen, you may file a claim with USPS.
